Everything I make starts with a pain point and ends with someone feeling a little more connected, inspired, or cared for. The user experience stays at the center of my process, even when it moves fast, and I carry it all the way through the interactions, the CAD, and the manufacturing details. Currently, I'm an industrial designer at Unbox Product Design, a small, award-winning San Francisco studio taking client passion projects from first sketch to production. There I lead parts of client projects, from early research and ideation sketching to building working prototypes (both physical and digital), analyzing how they perform, and carrying the design through visualization and factory communication.
Before form or features, I decide how a product should leave someone feeling. The OXO cane started with how it feels to be seen using one, and set out to make people feel cared for instead of singled out.
See OXO →People first means the people who assemble a product as much as the people who use it. At Rendyr, designing the build around the assembly team took it from 30+ hours to under 15.
See Rendyr →I don't draw a hard line between physical, digital, and UX. Amity's pieces, screens, and packaging were designed together, because to the people playing, they're one experience.
See Amity →Industrial Designer, 2026 to now. I work on prototyping, research, and CAD across hardware and softgoods products in development.
Session host, 2026. I led a personal brand and portfolio work session for the SF UX Design community.
Product Designer, 2025 to now. I partner with startups on product vision, aesthetics, and usability — rebrand and UI work for Weeknd, e-commerce flows for Cattlelog, and AI-assisted prototypes and front-end builds.
Hackathon team, 2025. We took third place at Hackbubu during SF Tech Week. It was my first hackathon and my introduction to vibecoding.
Mentor, 2025. I guide designers earlier in their careers through portfolio work and job searches.
Product Development Assistant, Lighting, 2024 into 2025. I ran vendor calls and design reviews for residential lighting collections, keeping design intent and manufacturing aligned across design, vendor, and gallery teams.
Industrial Design Lead, 2022 to 2024. I led packaging design and operations for 300+ units of the Optic laser cutter, designed a custom brush accessory, and produced the drawings, BOMs, and documentation behind them.
B.S. Industrial Design, class of 2022. I spent four years in studio and the shop, and served as Secretary of the IDSA chapter.
Undergraduate Research Assistant, 2020 into 2021. I developed muon detector housings for cosmic-ray radiography of the Great Pyramid of Giza, and modeled its interior in CAD for digital simulations.
Student Intern, 2020. I designed a mobile platform to provide access to electronics for installation, removal, and repair within tight quarters at a lab site.
